Resolves YES if ESPN's official FIFA World Cup 2026 VAR Review column, FIFA's official match reports, or a major broadcaster (FOX Sports / BBC Sport) confirms that at least one goal was disallowed by VAR review across the two semi-final matches (France vs Spain on July 14 and England vs Argentina on July 15). Resolves NO if both matches conclude with zero VAR-disallowed goals.
